On September 5, the Ministry of Education held a press conference for the "Encouraging Domestic University Students to Study Abroad or Participate in Professional Internships Overseas (Study Abroad Program) Experience Sharing." Since its launch in 2007, the Study Abroad Program has supported over 50,000 students to gain academic credits or professional internship experience in more than 90 countries worldwide. This program serves as a bridge to the world, enabling students to connect with the international community during their studies, accumulate professional skills and employability, and develop independence, adaptability, and resilience.
From thousands of submitted experience reports, the Ministry selected 26 outstanding students for recognition. Among them, Mr. Lu Yi-Shen, a master’s student from our department, stood out and was invited to share his overseas learning experience on stage, demonstrating the fruitful results of his international internship.
